Most of us suppress and/or carry old emotions and traumas from a difficult childhood, abusive relationships, or family heart break. If these emotions are not experienced/expressed and then released they will remain in your body resulting in emotional blockages and triggers. If these old toxic emotions are not released they will manifest into anger, depression, rapid aging, sickness, disease, strange phobias, addictive personalities, deep rage and/or early death.
